Every answer passes a quality check on the way out. The floor is a combined score of 0.78, with accuracy at 0.80 and relevance at 0.78 counted in equal parts. An answer shorter than 120 characters or a single sentence fails as well. A failing answer is blocked, so the guest waits for a person instead of reading a thin reply.

Audit marking ends the sequence without blocking anything, and it creates no record store by itself. Retention lives in separate settings that your operations team configures.
