This Notice at Collection applies to California consumers whose personal information is collected by Verdictan through the website, documentation, APIs, management console, and related services. It supplements the Verdictan Privacy Policy.

Verdictan may collect the following categories of personal information from California consumers:
- Identifiers such as name, email address, company, and account credentials.
- Commercial information such as contact-sales submissions, billing records, and transaction history.
- Internet or electronic network activity such as browsing history, interaction data, device identifiers, and log information.
- Professional or employment-related information such as job title, team, and organization.
- Customer-provided service content such as prompts, responses, files, support messages, and policy-event metadata when that content contains personal information.
- Sensitive personal information may appear in customer-provided service content, including government identifiers, account or payment details, health information, or authentication data. Verdictan processes that content only for the configured service and customer instructions, subject to the applicable agreement.

4. Sale and sharing
Verdictan does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. Verdictan does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

Verdictan retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice and the Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or a customer agreement.
6. Your rights
California consumers may exercise the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. Verdictan does not discriminate against consumers who exercise their privacy rights.
