About this template
Farm operations run on machine data, agronomy records and people. A model can summarize all three, and a careless prompt sends operator detail along with the question. The starter draws that line before the request leaves your network.
Agronomists and equipment managers ask about spray windows, machine faults and field records. Answers arrive as text and nothing else happens. There is no permission to steer a machine or push a prescription, so the operator remains the one who acts.
Redaction is the part that touches daily records. Operator and badge numbers are masked, along with maintenance or on-call phone numbers and any mention of a shift, crew or duty roster. Masking rewrites the text and lets the request continue, which is different from a refusal.
Two refusal lists sit next to that. Naming a facility blueprint, a safety interlock or a control system password ends the request. Built-in safety terms end a request that mentions explosives, weapons or attacks. Both are word matches, so an anhydrous ammonia question passes while a harmless sentence with one listed word does not.
Replies are scored before you see them. The floors are 0.87 combined, 0.78 for relevance and 0.80 for accuracy, with the two measures weighted evenly. Length counts too, since anything below 120 characters or two sentences fails, and a failing reply is refused.
Agricultural data governance, ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0 are the references. Grower data ownership, contractor access and residue rules stay in your own agreements. Oversight is the other item on your list, because that stage arrives with nothing configured and escalates nothing. The audit marker flags an evaluated request without holding anything back.
