About this template
Design data leaves a plant in small pieces, and usually inside a question. This starter puts a fixed screen in front of that question and a quality gate in front of the answer. It suits a team that wants model help on the floor without opening a new leak path.
An engineer asks the model about a tolerance, a work instruction or a repair write-up. The starter sits between that question and the provider. It reads text and returns text. No tool permission and no write permission are configured. The assistant stays advisory, and the build decision stays with the person who signs for it.
Screening for injection wording opens the chain. A crafted line pasted from a supplier document cannot reach the identity stage and disable it. Identity enforcement then turns away any call without a verified user and organization. Roles come from verified claims, never from a header that the caller sets. Masking follows and hides badge and operator numbers, maintenance hotline numbers, and mentions of a shift or crew roster.
Three phrases stop a request outright: facility blueprint, safety interlock and control system password. Matching is on the exact words, so a request that says the same thing differently still reaches the model. The safety screen uses a built-in wording list because this starter names no terms of its own. That list refuses text about explosives, weapons and attacks on the word alone, and it reads no intent.
Answers face a combined floor of 0.87, with relevance at 0.78 and accuracy at 0.80 counted equally. An answer shorter than 120 characters or one sentence fails the same gate. Weak text is refused rather than delivered. The review point ships with an empty setting, so it marks a place to add escalation rather than an active signature step.
The reference set names AS9100, ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0. Evidence gathered here feeds a quality and security file that already exists. The closing audit marker flags an evaluated request without blocking it, and it does not store or retain that entry for you. Configuration management, first article inspection and export classification stay in the programs that own them.
