About this template

Music work runs on agreements. Splits, samples, sync licenses and label memos are the daily material, and each one stays confidential until it does not. An assistant that drafts or summarizes this material needs a boundary before it needs a feature.

The words rights agreement, unreleased script and private key stop a prompt. A publishing split sheet or an unreleased lyric pasted for summary is refused. Reference numbers from a contract, an agreement or a statement of work are masked when they appear in text that passes.

This starter does not decide ownership. It does not clear a sample, allocate a split, or tell you whether generated audio can be released. Those answers come from counsel and from the agreements themselves. What the gateway offers is a record that a request was screened and how it was handled.

Source checking measures grounding and flags a weak citation without refusing it, so a catalog claim still needs a human check. Output scoring is stricter and refuses anything below a combined 0.80 or shorter than two sentences. The oversight step is empty and enforces nothing until your team configures it.
