Drawings, credentials and method statements move fast on a project. They also move into chat windows, where nobody reviews what leaves the site. This starter fits a builder who wants model help with paperwork and no new route for plan detail to travel.

Site teams paste a lot into a chat window. A submittal, a method statement or an inspection note can carry far more than the question needs. The gateway examines the request before the model sees it, and the answer before you read it. It calls no tools and touches no site system, so work still proceeds on a human instruction.

The blocked wording is narrow and worth knowing. A request that names a facility blueprint, a safety interlock or a control system password is refused. Built-in safety terms add refusals for explosives, weapons and attacks. Both screens compare text against words, so neither can separate a demolition planning question from a dangerous one.

Identity and masking do the quieter work. Injection screening leads, so pasted text cannot disable the check behind it. A call without a verified user and organization is turned away. Badge numbers, maintenance hotline numbers and crew roster lines are masked in place, and the rest of the request continues.

An answer has to clear 0.87 overall, with 0.78 relevance and 0.80 accuracy. It also has to run to 120 characters and two sentences. Anything below is refused instead of shown. Nobody is paged when an answer arrives. The review stage sits in the chain with no action attached, and switching it on is your work.

ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2.0 and ISO 9001 sit behind this starter. None of them replace your engineer of record, your permit process or your site safety plan. The audit step at the end never blocks a request, and it does not retain a copy of one.
