About this template

Reading rooms are where volume pressure meets a signature. Anything that speeds the words around a study is welcome, and anything that blurs authorship is not. This starter sits on the traffic and keeps those two apart. Identifiers are masked before the request leaves, and the returned draft has to clear a scored floor.

Imaging work has a clear line. A model may help draft language, compare prior findings in text, or explain a protocol. The signed read belongs to the radiologist. This starter keeps that line visible in the traffic itself.

Four controls act before the model is called. Injection screening leads the chain so that hidden instructions cannot weaken what follows. The access rule turns away a caller without verified identity claims. Health record heuristics widen what the masking stage looks for. Masking then hides patient numbers, member record numbers and insurance policy numbers.

Streaming changes the picture. Quality scoring, source checking and the review point do not run against streamed output. A team that streams a draft report into a viewer keeps only the request side controls. That is worth deciding before rollout rather than after it.

For a response that is not streamed, the return gate is firm. The combined threshold is 0.88. Relevance carries a floor of 0.78 and accuracy carries 0.80, and a miss blocks the answer. Citation checking flags a thin reference instead of withholding the text. History capture keeps metadata only, and the audit marker signals an allow decision and stores nothing by itself.

Adapt the template in three steps

1

Review the scope

Confirm that the regions, source references, control areas and deployment options fit your use case.

2

Adapt the configuration

Open the template in the Verdictan console. Set its policies, thresholds, routing and review requirements for your environment.

3

Test before deployment

Test each policy outcome. Confirm that allowed, redacted, blocked and reviewed requests behave as expected.
