About this template

Flight and maintenance work produces procedures, defect reports and regulatory paperwork. Model drafting saves hours on that material, and it opens a path for operational detail to leave the airline. This starter is the control on that path.

Flight operations and maintenance staff ask about a procedure, a minimum equipment item or a report they must write. The starter checks the prompt, then checks the reply. It carries no tool permission and no link to an operational system. A dispatch or airworthiness decision remains with the licensed person who makes it.

The prompt path runs in a fixed order for a reason. Injection screening comes first, so text pasted from a report cannot disable the check behind it. Identity is enforced next, and a call without a verified user and organization is refused. Masking then hides crew and duty roster references, operator or badge numbers, and maintenance hotline numbers.

Two word lists refuse a request outright. The first covers a facility blueprint, a safety interlock and a control system password. The second is a built-in safety list, which stops wording about explosives, weapons and attacks. Both are literal matches, so a security incident summary that quotes one of those words is refused with it.

Answers face a floor of 0.87 combined, 0.78 for relevance and 0.80 for accuracy, weighted evenly. A short reply fails the same way, because the gate expects 120 characters and two sentences. Failing text is refused rather than shown. Streamed answers bypass the gate.

FAA operational guidance, EASA safety management and NIS2 are the references behind this starter. The review step ships empty, so it is a review point to enable rather than an active escalation. The mining starter runs the identical chain for a fixed site under different references. Choose aviation when your duty sits with an aviation authority.

Adapt the template in three steps

1

Review the scope

Confirm that the regions, source references, control areas and deployment options fit your use case.

2

Adapt the configuration

Open the template in the Verdictan console. Set its policies, thresholds, routing and review requirements for your environment.

3

Test before deployment

Test each policy outcome. Confirm that allowed, redacted, blocked and reviewed requests behave as expected.
